Restaurant and service management is in need of highly qualified professionals that who have to be able to offer the best attention to the customer about selling methods, design and product marketing, sommelier, marriages, cocktail, banqueting, event organisation, etc.
All of these subjects are fundamental disciplines in the training of specialised professionals in restaurant services and having as an objective to prepare the student to plan, organise, develop, control and manage restaurant activities, coordinating and supervising the different resources in the food and beverage area.
This theoretical-practical training in the school is completed with professional internships in national and international restaurants and commercial catering companies.

- Private education: Degree run by ESHS

The Superior Diploma in Restaurant Services and Sommelier of ESHS will provide the students with a comprehensive vision of the restaurant services management without forgetting the acquisition of knowledge about marketing, wine service, marriages, cocktail and event organisation, thanks to a highly practical classroom-based training.
